1. These terms govern your use of Crushie ai and the conversations, pages and plans offered here. By using the site you accept them in full.

3. Every character on this site is fictional. Portraits are generated and do not depict real individuals.
4. Conversations are entertainment and companionship. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
5. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when signing up.
6. One account is for one person. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.
7. You agree not to use the service to produce or request unlawful content of any kind.
8. Content involving minors, real identifiable people presented as characters, or non-consensual scenarios is strictly prohibited.
9. Automated access, scraping, or bulk extraction of pages and conversations is not permitted.
10. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute access to your account or to conversation output.
11. Brand names, page text, portraits and character descriptions on Crushie ai remain the property of their owner.
12. You keep ownership of the text you write. You grant permission to process it in order to deliver replies.
13. Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel.
14. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
15. Prices are shown before payment and may change for future periods with prior notice.
16. Refunds are handled case by case; contact us within 14 days of a charge to request one.
17. A chargeback opened without contacting support first may result in the account being closed.
18. We may suspend an account that repeatedly breaks these terms, with or without prior notice.
19. We may adjust, retire or replace individual characters as the catalog develops.
20. Availability is offered on a best-effort basis; maintenance windows and outages can occur.
21. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
22. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
23. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service.
24. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy published on this site.
25. These terms may be updated; the revised version applies from the date it is published here.
26. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force.
27. Continued use of Crushie ai after an update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the new version.
